Man used MP3 player to hack
ATMs A man in Manchester, England has been
convicted of using an MP3 player to hack cash machines.
Maxwell Parsons, 41, spent £200,000 of other people's
money after using the machine to read card details.

Don't cry for the Zune just
yet Microsoft's (up $0.15 to $29.54) Zune
took 9 percent of digital player sales, according to
NPD, edging out Sandisk (down $0.85 to $43.92), but
behind Apple (down $1.09 to $90.72), whose iPod models
have long dominated the MP3 player market. |

Microsoft Takes Early MP3 Silver 9 -13% of
the market after early sales. "Microsoft
attracted early adopters in a successful launch week for
Zune, eking out SanDisk as the No. 2 digital audio
player vendor," NPD's Ross Rubin, director of industry

xrost cards I have been look for another way to get my
"legal" music without paying for iTunes, this could be
it. it's like allofmp3, cheap, good UI and goo selection
(probably better that allofmp3) and as it is unknown
RIAA is not going after it as much, just try it out!

Russia agrees to shut down
allofmp3.com. The nation has struck the
agreement with the Office of the U.S. Trade
Representative as it seeks entry to the World Trade
Organization. The U.S. has suggested that it would hold
up Russia's acceptance in the WTO unless leaders there
took action against digital piracy. |

iPod for a player made by Sandisk. Sandisk makes MP3
players that have FM receivers - a key factor for gyms
